City Demolition attend NDTG’s Ex-Offenders Career Pathway Event at HMP Spring Hill

We were proud to attend the National Demolition Training Group’s (NDTG) ”Breaking Down Barriers” event at HMP Spring Hill, an initiative focused on creating real opportunities for ex-offenders through demolition training and CCDO certification.

Here at City Demolition, we believe in building a stronger, more inclusive industry. One where everyone deserves a second chance. The event gave us the opportunity to engage with residents, answer their questions, and demonstrate the real potential of a future career in demolition including some hands-on time with the simulator!

Thank you to the NDTG, the Ministry of Justice, and fellow NFDC members for making this such a meaningful and forward-thinking event. We’re proud to be part of an industry that’s not just breaking buildings, but breaking down barriers too.
