Soft Strip.

Our in-house delivered soft strip and refurbishment packages are tailored to each client’s particular requirements and can include (but are not limited to) removal of the following:

• Floors, floor coverings (mezzanine, concrete, timber etc)
• Ceilings/false ceilings
• Non-load bearing partitions, internal walls (breezeblock, stud partitions, brick etc)
• Various types of pipework
• Staircases
• Door frames/architraves
• Disconnection and removal of utilities (gas, electricity, water, and telecommunications

The removal of the internal non fixed elements of the building will leave the main solid structures in place ready for re-fit or complete demolition dependent on client requirements. Risk assessments and method statements will be produced in-house and works carried out by company employed and suitably trained and experienced operatives. All plant and equipment required to undertake soft strip operations will be resourced in-house. We are experienced working on schemes such as this where there is sometimes more than one specialist contractor involved, our approach is a collaborative one with the aim being to provide positive outcome for everyone.
