Dismantling.
We have a wealth of experience in dismantling redundant equipment, and damaged or unsafe structures to make them safe and ready for re-fit or demolition.
We provide detailed planning and surveying during the lead-in phase to ensure the safest and most cost efficient methodology is used. Where traditional mechanical methods are not an option, de-construction and dismantling techniques will be introduced by our knowledgeable team, where smaller excavators and hand tools are used.
Deconstruction methods are favoured where adjacent or connected buildings require retention, or in locations with noise and machine restrictions. This method is also an opportunity to maximise the reuse and recycling of components and materials.
Our competent workforce are able to use dismantling methods/techniques to ensure controlled safe measures are implemented.
