We provide asbestos services including testing, removal, and disposal compliant with CAR 2012.
This specialist division of the business is fully trained in non-licensable asbestos removal (CAT B) approved by UKATA. We cater for the specific needs of each project from initial surveys, preparation of Plans of Work, removal under controlled conditions and disposal at EA registered landfills. We also respond to emergency callouts where a reactive approach to management is required to make a site safe.
We provide a team that is supplied with the latest industry regulated protection equipment (RPE & PPE), consumables and equipment to conduct this service to the highest standard. Operatives undertaking asbestos removal are face fitted annually by an external provider, meeting current standards, ensuring their protection is always considered. Annual health surveillance is also conducted, comprising of ongoing checks on our employees’ health.
