Charity Partnership with British Heart Foundation!

City Demolition Contractors (Birmingham) Ltd are proud to announce that we are now in a charity partnership with British Heart Foundation!

Our chosen charity holds a special place in a number of our employees hearts due to their own personal stories and experiences and the British Heart Foundation have already helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK, but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It’s only thanks to support from people like us and you that British Heart Foundation can create new treatments and discover new cures.

We have set up a dedicated JustGiving page for our partnership where your generous donations can be made as well as updates on our news and current fundraisers our team will be hosting/taking part in!

Managing Director Mark Doyle has kicked off our fundraiser with a £500 donation to the charity!

£24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so we ask if you could please give what you can to help support this amazing charity! We thank you!

In Loving Memory of Peter Adams

In Loving Memory of Peter Adams

2nd February 1962 – 17th March 2020

_

On the behalf of all of the City Demolition team it is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Peter Adams who sadly lost this battle with cancer and peacefully passed away on Tuesday 17th March 2020.

Having worked for City Demolition since the very beginning, Pete was truly much more than just an employee for the company; he was a highly valued, reliable and committed member of the team, a veteran of the demolition industry and overall a remarkable man and friend.

After battling 4 years with cancer Pete still managed to remain resilient and optimistic by continuing to get up at the crack of dawn every day and do the job he loved right up until his final days. An exceptionally talented machine driver; Pete worked on over 30 years’ worth of demolition projects for City Demolition and had seen the industry evolve over the years, he truly was a key asset to the team who made a mark on this company and will sincerely be missed.

We particularly offer our deepest condolences to Pete’s family, friends & fellow colleagues and offer our support to you at this sad time.

You will always remain in our memory,

Rest in peace Pete.
